What exactly do I receive?
A 12–16 page personalized PDF reading. It covers your Four Pillars (Year, Month, Day, Hour), your Day Master and what it means for you, your Five Elements balance with any weaknesses or excesses, your Ten Gods profile, and a focused read of your current and next 10-Year Luck Pillar. It also includes a section answering the specific area of life you asked about during intake.
How is this different from the free BaZi calculator?
The free calculator generates your chart — the raw characters, elements, and pillars. The Full Reading translates that chart into meaning: what your Day Master actually says about you, where your energy compounds, where it leaks, what your current decade is pushing you toward, and how to read the rest of your 2026. The calculator gives you data; the reading gives you interpretation.
How soon will I receive my reading?
Within 72 hours of successful payment and intake form submission. Every reading is prepared manually, so the 72-hour window gives enough time to build your chart carefully, read the Luck Pillar interactions, and write the PDF. If anything causes a delay, you will be contacted by email with a revised delivery date.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
That's fine — note it in the intake form. The reading will still be produced using a most-likely Hour Pillar based on known biographical context, and sections dependent on the Hour Pillar (later life, creative output, children) will be noted as provisional. The Year, Month, and Day Pillars — which carry the majority of your chart's meaning — are unaffected.
How will I receive the PDF?
By email attachment, sent to the email address you used at checkout. The PDF is a clean, printable A4 / Letter-sized document you can read on any device or print for your records.
Can I ask follow-up questions after I receive the reading?
Yes. You can reply to the delivery email with one clarifying question within 7 days of receiving your report — please attach the original PDF to your email so Maggie has the exact reading in front of her. You'll get a written response at no additional cost. Deeper follow-up — a new focus area, a relationship reading, or a year-ahead forecast — would be a separate reading.
Who is reading my chart?
Every reading is written personally by Maggie, the founder of My Eastern Astrology. There is no AI-generated body copy, no template filled with your name. Your PDF is drafted from a clean read of your specific Four Pillars and the questions you raised during intake.
Is my birth data kept private?
Yes. Your birth data, name, and intake answers are used only to prepare your reading. Nothing is published, shared with third parties, or used for marketing. Records are kept encrypted and deleted on request.
Can I gift a reading to someone else?
Yes. At checkout, use your own email and card, then fill out the intake form with the recipient's details. If you would like a gift certificate PDF to present before collecting their birth data, reply to the order confirmation email and one will be sent to you within 24 hours.
