These terms govern your use of myeasternastrology.com and any reading, forecast or other service you purchase from us. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you buy.
1. Who you are contracting with
Your contract is with ZM VISION ADVISORY LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 464267, VAT number CY60091786F, with its address at SOHO Embassy, Omonoias Avenue 13, 3052 Limassol, Cyprus. We trade as My Eastern Astrology. You can reach us at hello@myeasternastrology.com.
2. What we provide
- BaZi Full Reading — a personal PDF reading prepared by hand from your birth details.
- 12-Month Forecast — a month-by-month timing report for the period you select.
- Compatibility Reading — a two-person reading prepared from both people’s birth details, offered on its own or as an add-on.
- Bundles combining the above, and any other reading offered on the website or agreed with you by email.
- Free resources — the online BaZi calculator, guides and charts offered at no charge.
Each paid reading is prepared individually for you. It is not generated automatically and it is not a template.
3. The nature of what we offer — please read this part
Nothing in a reading should be used to make or delay a decision about your health, your safety, your money or your legal position.
4. The information you give us
A reading is only as accurate as the birth details you provide. Please check your birth date, time and place carefully before submitting them.
- If you notice a mistake in the details you submitted, tell us immediately at hello@myeasternastrology.com. If we have not yet begun preparing your reading, we will correct it at no charge.
- If we have already prepared the reading using the details you gave us, we are not able to redo it free of charge, as the work has been done.
- If your birth time is unknown or uncertain, tell us. We will work with what is available and explain the limits in the reading itself.
- If your order involves another person’s birth details — for example a compatibility reading — you confirm that you have that person’s permission to share them with us.
5. Orders, prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the website in US dollars and are payable in full at the time of ordering.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
- The charge will appear on your card statement as MY EASTERN ASTROLOGY.
- Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive our confirmation email.
- Where VAT or another sales tax applies, it will be shown at checkout.
- We may change our prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
6. Delivery
Readings are delivered as a PDF by email, normally within 72 hours of the order being confirmed. If your reading depends on information we still need from you, that period starts once you have provided it.
Please check your spam folder before contacting us about a missing delivery. If you have not received your reading within five days of the expected date, email hello@myeasternastrology.com and we will resend it.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel and receive a full refund by emailing us within 12 hours of your purchase. After that period our Refund Policy applies. Please read it — it forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
- The reading we prepare is licensed to you for your own personal use. You are welcome to keep it, print it and share it with people close to you.
- You may not resell it, republish it, or present it as your own work, and you may not use it to provide readings to others commercially.
- All content on this website — text, guides, charts, design and code — remains our property and is protected by copyright.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or automated bulk use of the calculator, and no use of the service for any unlawful purpose.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The free calculator and free resources are provided as they are, without warranty. Occasional downtime for maintenance or reasons beyond our control does not entitle you to compensation.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take on the basis of a reading.
12. Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect. Where any provision here conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection rule that applies to you, that rule prevails.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may bring proceedings there.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at hello@myeasternastrology.com. Most problems are resolved quickly and informally, and we would much rather hear from you than have you raise a dispute with your bank.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the moment you place your order.
